What should the title of my book be?

  • How to maximize the ROI of executive coaching in your organization

    • I’ve written a multidisciplinary book about the best methodologies to ensure that you get a strong return on your investment from any executive coaching, and how to go about calculating what exactly the economic benefits are. The book builds off of theories in each of the following fields: Coaching, Economics, Neuroscience, Behavioural Sciences, Evolutionary Science, Sociology, Goal Theory, Organizational Psychology/Behaviour, Leadership and Talent Development, and Performance Management.

    • I’m trying to settle on a title, but finding a succinct and elegant title is a bit of a challenge. Therefore, I’m looking for input/feedback on the title. I’ve put a few suggestions into a poll, but if you have a different suggestion, feel free to share that. (I will only seriously consider publishing it as “The Unauthorized Biography of Boaty McBoatface” if pre-sales surpass $100,000.)

    • In the book, I cover some of the basics of coaching with the focus being directed towards brain based coaching methodology, discuss what you need to be looking for in what employees you select, and the economic considerations for organizations based on the size of their employee group with particular focus on accomplishing the greatest results with the minimum expenditure. I include a section on the fundamental skills that are needed if you are going to be coaching as the boss, before finally outlining how to calculate your ultimate ROI of the coaching initiative.
